1. Shipping From

All orders are packed and shipped directly from our Shop Pink Ventures HQ in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia.
We take great care to ensure each item is handled with love — from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door.

2. Couriers We Use

• PosLaju (West Malaysia & East Malaysia)
• J&T Express
• DHL eCommerce / Ninja Van (for selected areas or international deliveries)

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email so you can follow your order’s journey.

3. Estimated Delivery Time (ETA)

🕒 Please note: Delivery times may vary slightly during sale periods, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays.

4. Shipping Rates

• West Malaysia: RM8 flat rate
• East Malaysia: RM12 flat rate
• Free shipping for orders above RM150 (West Malaysia)

International shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight.

5. Pre-Order & Mixed Orders

If your order includes pre-order items, the entire order will be shipped once all items are ready.
If you’d like your in-stock items earlier, please place them in a separate order.
