📦 Shipping & Delivery
Q: How long does delivery take?
A: Orders are shipped within 2–3 working days. For pre-order items, delivery takes approximately 10–14 working days after confirmation.
Q: Do you offer international shipping?
A: Currently, we ship within Malaysia only. We’re working on international options soon!
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
Q: Can I return an item?
A: We accept returns for defective or wrong items within 3 days of receiving your order. Due to hygiene and limited stock, we do not offer exchanges for size or change of mind.
Q: How do I start a return?
A: Simply contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll guide you through the process.
💰 Payments & Pre-Orders
Q: How do pre-orders work?
A: When you place a pre-order, we reserve your item from our supplier. Once it arrives, we’ll notify you and ship it immediately. Pre-order items usually take 1–2 weeks to arrive.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept debit/credit cards, online banking (FPX), and e-wallets through our secure WooCommerce payment system.

Q: Are all items authentic?
A: Yes! Every item listed on Shop Pink Ventures is 100% authentic — guaranteed. We carefully source and verify each piece for quality and legitimacy.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Orders can only be canceled before payment is made. Once confirmed and processed, cancellations are not allowed.
